We are now hiring a Fullstack Developer with strong backend skills to strengthen our small but fierce team in Helsinki, Finland. Join us in our quest to transform mobile advertising for good. In your daily work, your focus would be on improving our analytics backend and on developing new features end-to-end to our Motion Store self-service creative platform.

We are facing tremendous growth in the number of end users interacting with our creatives worldwide. That’s why one of your main jobs would be in ensuring our globally distributed analytics and content delivery infrastructure is up to the task and able to scale to the next billion users without hiccups. We need to be able to handle tens of thousands of requests per second, and tomorrow maybe even more. Can you help us in this challenge?

What you need in your day-to-day job is solid problem-solving skills, good sense of humor and understanding of the latest technologies. On the backend, we currently use Clojure and Ruby on Rails and on the frontend we’re set on React while our infrastructure is mostly on AWS and Heroku. Willingness to learn and experiment with new technologies is key - our stack is not set in stone so our developers shouldn’t be either.

An ideal candidate would also have previous experience with DevOps / infrastructure automation, but this is not necessary as long as you’re willing to learn it on the work.
